Bad: My home internet connection was hosed for a day or so. ACK!
Good: Got it fixed. It was a pain in the rear, but I got it fixed.
Better: Decided to upgrade my internet DSL connection to a faster speed — about 20 times faster.
Great: Because my phone/internet provider is running a promotion right now, not only will the DSL upgrade not cost me extra for the next 12 months, I also get two additional phone features free, plus a $5/month discount for calling during the promotion. SCHWEET!
