I'm sorry too! The nerve! I hope they find the thieves.
Jugglernaut, thank so much for the nice comment about my situation with the doc. Perhaps my story will eventually help others not to go through this. I do know that the letter came directly from the doc's office - so I won't be blaming a health ins. co.
